Where can I find my order history?

To view orders, sign in to TheGiftCardShop.com with your user ID and password, and view past orders under My Account. You can also go to Track Order and use your Email Address and Order Number.

Does TheGiftCardShop.com sell plastic Gift Cards?

Yes, The Gift Card Shop sells physical plastic Gift Cards. Please select ‘mail’ as a delivery type on your choice of card and follow steps to purchase. Please see Cardholder Agreement for details.

Does The Gift Card Shop sell eGift cards?

Yes, The Gift Card Shop sells Gift Cards for email delivery. Please select ‘email’ as a delivery type on your choice of card and follow steps to purchase. Once you have purchased, your email Gift Card can be accessed through the corresponding Retailer Virtual Account. Please see Cardholder Agreement for details.

Does my Gift Card expire?

The expiration date of the card plastic is printed on your card for your reference. Funds do not expire.

Most Brand Gift Cards do not expire. Please refer to the specific Terms and Conditions found on the Brand Gift Card product page for details.

Payment

What payment methods can I use to purchase a Gift Card?

You can purchase Gift Cards using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit/debit cards. You can also purchase Gift Cards online with PayPal or Apple Pay (on supported devices) at checkout. Additionally, you can use your The Gift Card Shop Gift Card. Regardless of payment method, the billing address must be in the United States.

Lost or Stolen Cards

What do I do if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?

If you believe that your Card has been lost or stolen, you need to notify us immediately by calling one of the numbers listed below. You will be asked to provide us with the Card number and other identifying information. We cannot provide a replacement unless you provide your Card number and all other requested identifying information.

Usage

Where can I find my card/account number?

For all eGift cards, click on the View and Print this Card button in the email confirmation. Once you are logged into your account, you’ll be able to see the account number and other card details.

How do I use my Gift Card to shop in-store?
  1. To use a digital card in store, you will need to have the Speedy Rewards app. From the app, you may add your gift card to the Payment Methods. Once added, the card can be scanned in store.
  2. To use your Gift Card along with another form of payment, just tell the cashier how much you want to apply to each payment type. Be sure to know your balance before you shop!

    Please note: not all merchants allow split payment transactions. See your Cardholder Agreement for more information.

  3. Swipe your Card and select Credit on the keypad.

    Speedway Gift Cards do not require a pin to use in store or at the pumps.

Why is the merchant charging me for more than what I signed on my receipt?

Some purchases require a preauthorization from the cardholder’s bank. This most often occurs when purchasing fuel or a hotel stay. Merchants are required to approve and hold funds based on the agreed total until the transaction finalizes. Please contact your financial institution for more information regarding their terms and conditions on preauthorization holds.

Can I convert an eGift Card into a physical, plastic gift card?

Can I get cash with my Gift Card?

Gift Cards cannot be used at ATMs nor can you get cash back from any of your purchases.

Shipping & Delivery

Where can I ship a physical Gift Card to?

Physical Gift Cards can be delivered to one address, which can be different from the billing address.

We don’t ship Gift Cards to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or international addresses.

How long does it take for a Gift Card to be delivered?

Delivery time for physical gift cards depends on card type and shipping method selected. For Brand Cards, you can opt for Rush (2-3 business days), Expedited (3-4 business days) or Standard Trackable (3-10 business days). For Visa, Mastercard and American Express you can opt for Rush (2-3 business days), Expedited (3-4 business days) or Standard (5-6 business days).

Most Approved eGift orders are delivered within 5 minutes but can take up to 24 hours.

Delivery Delays

We will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes. Because we do not control these shipments, we cannot guarantee delivery and refunds will not be issued for delivery delays.

How do I resend an eGift Card if the recipient didn’t receive the email?

If the recipient did not receive the eGift Card email, you can resend the email by going to The Gift Card Shop website. Click Track Order and either log in or enter your email address used to order. Click My Orders under My Account. Once you’ve located the purchase, you can resend the email.

If you and/or the recipient have not received your eGift and you need to resend or change the email address, please click on the Change/Resend email link in your email titled Your Order Is On Its Way.

Cancel Order

Can I cancel an order?

In the interest of processing your order as quickly as possible, once your order has been submitted there is no way to return or cancel the order. We highly encourage you to review your cart and checkout details before checking out.

Once a Gift Card has been purchased, it is non-refundable.

Why was my Gift Card order canceled?

Please call Customer Service at 1-833-942-7467 to get details about your canceled order.

Security & Fees

I lost my order confirmation email. How can I get it reissued to me?

If you know your order number, you can visit the Track Order page to pull up your order and print your invoice. Please contact The Gift Card Shop customer service for assistance at 1-833-942-7467 to obtain another order confirmation email if you do not know your order number.

Why is my account number not available? It is listed as “pending activation.”

Some Gift Card retailers require a brief waiting period before funds are available in order to prevent fraud and ensure your funds are fully and safely loaded. Funds are typically available within twenty-four (24) hours. Please contact your Gift Card retailer for assistance if your funds are not available within twenty-four (24) hours.
